The Parish Council currently manages 70 allotment plots in Braysdown Lane, Peasedown St John, on land rented to them by a local farmer.

A varied group of allotment holders enjoy cultivating plots ranging in size from a quarter plot (of around 15 metres in length) to a full plot (of around 67 metres).

The benefits include being part of a friendly community, as well as plenty of fresh air, exercise, fresh fruit and vegetables and a great sense of achievement.

Annual fees are extremely reasonable and just cover the rent paid for the land and any maintenance costs.
